Please give details for an emergency contact, should the worst happen. This is very important. Please give as full-details as possible, e.g. international dialling codes from the UK.
We ask everyone camping or eating to help with one task, e.g. chopping vegetables. This will take a few hours in the morning. If you do not want to do a task, you can buy yourself out of it. It is often fun to meet and work with new people... If you are not camping, food vouchers can be purchased on the day.
We ask people with UK banks to pay by BACS where possible please. This saves us credit card handling fees. For international attendees, please pay by credit card. If you need to pay by PayPal there is a small admin surcharge. If you need to contact us for other options, please get in touch.
You must be over 16 to complete this form. If you are not please ask your guardian to do so for you.
I understand that acrobatics is a very physical activity. I will make the workshop leader aware of any relevant conditions I have. I am fully aware of the risks involved, and I take full responsibility for my own safety and that of others. I will not hold the workshop leaders or organisers responsible for any injuries beyond their control. I will not attend if I am showing any symptoms of any transmissible dieasease including COVID and will comply with any health control regulations for the venue. Please email us for advice if you do fall ill.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior agreement.
