Please sign-up for training at Oxsrad. You will be deducted one token.

I understand that acrobatics is a very physical activity. I am fully aware of the risks involved, and I take full responsibility for my own safety and that of others that I am training with.
I will not attend if I am showing any symptoms of COVID and will comply with the COVID-19 regulations for the venue Oxsrad . I will not hold OAS or Oxsrad responsible for any injuries that might occur during training.
