Who is the festival for?
We aim to be as inclusive as possible.
Note that acrobatics is a very physically demanding activity with some personal risk. If you have any concerns please contact us.
Any children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Some workshops are not suitable for children, please respect the teacher's wishes. There are no specific children activities provided.
What food is available?
We will be providing two meals a day during the festival. This is included in the ticket price.
The food will be vegetarian, with some vegan options. Food vouchers for non-campers will be available to buy.
Please advise us if you have an allergy; however, we can't cater for everything.
What do I need for Camping?
You will need a tent and sleeping bag etc. Bring everything you would for any UK musical festival or outdoor event.
For the sake of our neighbours, amplified music won't be allowed on the camping ground.
What about the weather?
If you are camping, please prepare for rain. Bring warm clothes, waterproof jackets, wellington boots or similar.
If you don't fancy sleeping under canvas, Oxford can offer many accommodation options, but ensure you book early, it is a popular tourist destination. You could also ask a local acrobat to put you up.
What should I wear?
For acrobatics, bring light loose sports clothing that lets you move easily. Only bare feet or gymnastics shoes will be allowed in the sports hall.
Where does the money go?
We are a non-profit organisation. The ticket price covers the location costs, infrastructure hire, and teachers.
Are there other things to do?
Take some time to see the historic university city.
